Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years driving experience
- Ability to operate both a manual and an automatic transmission
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
- Unload luggage and assist guests with opening and closing vehicle doors
- Inspect and document exterior and interior of each vehicle for safety hazards and preexisting damage
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles without causing damage to vehicle, person, or property
- Maintain accuracy in guest payment processing, vehicle key inventory, and verify guest receipt matches key and vehicle before handing key to guests
- Ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Document and report all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, thefts, missing articles
- Provide guests with direction, local areas of interest or activity, and invitation to return
- Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations
