Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum three years driving experience
  • ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
  • valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
  • able to work in fast-paced outdoor conditions
  • tolerant to varying noise levels, temperature, illumination, and air quality
  • physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • good eye-hand coordination
  • able to use standard office equipment
  • able to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • minimum three years driving experience required
  • ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission required
  • maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as per insurance requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
  • unload luggage and assist guests with opening and closing vehicle doors
  • inspect and document exterior and interior of each vehicle for safety hazards and preexisting damage
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles without causing damage
  • maintain accuracy in guest payment processing and vehicle key inventory
  • verify guest receipt matches key or vehicle before handing them over
  • ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain smooth traffic flow
  • follow up with guests to resolve requests or problems
  • document and report all vehicle incidents
  • provide guests with directions and local area information
  • perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations
