Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum three years driving experience
- ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
- valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- able to work in fast-paced outdoor conditions
- tolerant to varying noise levels, temperature, illumination, and air quality
- physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- good eye-hand coordination
- able to use standard office equipment
- able to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- minimum three years driving experience required
- ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission required
- maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as per insurance requirements
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
- unload luggage and assist guests with opening and closing vehicle doors
- inspect and document exterior and interior of each vehicle for safety hazards and preexisting damage
- safely park and retrieve vehicles without causing damage
- maintain accuracy in guest payment processing and vehicle key inventory
- verify guest receipt matches key or vehicle before handing them over
- ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain smooth traffic flow
- follow up with guests to resolve requests or problems
- document and report all vehicle incidents
- provide guests with directions and local area information
- perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations
