Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum three years driving experience required
  • Ability to operate both a manual and an automatic transmission required
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the enterprise’s insurance carrier
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor setting
  • Tolerance to varying noise levels, temperature, illumination, and air quality
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work evening, weekends, and holiday shifts
  • Good eye-hand coordination
  • Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
  • Unload luggage and assist guests with opening and closing vehicle doors
  • Inspect and document exterior and interior of vehicles for safety hazards and preexisting damage
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles under various driving conditions
  • Maintain accuracy in guest payment processing and vehicle key inventory
  • Ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain smooth traffic flow
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems are resolved
  • Provide guests with directions and information about local areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations
