Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • minimum three years driving experience required
  • ability to operate both a manual and an automatic transmission is required
  • must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • ability to work in fast-paced outdoor settings
  • tolerance to noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality variations
  • ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
  • unload luggage, assist guests with opening and closing vehicle doors
  • inspect and document exterior and interior of each vehicle for safety hazards and preexisting damage
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles without causing damage to vehicle, person, or property
  • maintain accuracy in guest payment processing, vehicle key inventory, and verify guest receipt matches key or vehicle before handing key to guests
  • ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
  • follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • document and report all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, thefts, missing articles
  • provide guests with direction, local areas of interest or activity
  • perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations
