Job Requirements
- Be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management (training can be arranged)
- have your own transportation (driving experience)
- have experience working in customer service
- be over the age of 18 (due to laws about operating heavy machinery)
- valid Class D license held for at least one year
- driving record must be approved at application
- maintain good standing of Class D license during employment
- able to stand at least 8 hours a day
- able to run up to 50 times a day or more
- able to enter and exit customers' vehicles 75 or more times daily
- able to lift wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, gifts, etc.
- able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- available to work weekends and holidays when necessary
- neat appearance and good attitude
- willing to undergo a criminal records check
- willing to participate in a 30-day trial period and a four-shift training period
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license held for at least one year
- able to drive standard transmission vehicles
- experience in customer service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- must be over 18 years old
- capable of standing and running frequently throughout a shift
- ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and entering/exiting vehicles frequently
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers
- park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely
- run back to station promptly after parking a vehicle to assist the next patron
- communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- handle customers' belongings such as luggage and wheelchairs with care
- maintain a neat appearance and professional attitude
- work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality service
