Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening
  • One month related experience or training or equivalent combination
  • Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Understanding of time systems and parking rates
  • Ability to operate manual transmission desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening
  • One month related experience or equivalent education and training
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend basic English
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Ability to understand 24-hour and military time
  • Ability to operate manual transmission preferred
  • Ability to perform parallel parking
  • Effective communication skills with guests and colleagues

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers
  • Greet guests within five feet using their last names and appropriate salutations
  • Park and retrieve vehicles safely while driving cautiously
  • Assist guests with luggage and bell services including delivery and pick up
  • Provide guests with directions, taxi services, reservations, and local attraction information
  • Explain parking rates and procedures to guests
  • Issue claim checks, collect keys and complete all ticket and vehicle information accurately
  • Calculate and collect revenue for parked vehicles when necessary
