Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in valet services or related customer service roles advantageous
- must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes
- valid driver's license required
- ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- able to lift 50 lbs
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- must be able to stand and be active for extended periods
- willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- must pass drug screening and motor vehicle record check
- reside within 50 miles of the hotel
Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- basic understanding of English and ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours, walk, and run in a fast-paced environment
- capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, wind, and extreme heat
- flexible availability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must reside within 50 miles of the hotel
- applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- must possess a valid driver's license
- willingness to undergo a drug screening and MVR background check
- availability to work weekends
- AM shifts from 7 AM - 3 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM
- PM shifts from 3 PM - 11 PM
Job Duties
- Accurately complete parking garage forms
- park and retrieve guests' vehicles promptly and efficiently
- assist guests with their luggage as needed
- provide immediate assistance to Valet Captains by greeting guests with full attention and opening doors when possible
- support front drive operations as directed by Valet Captains
- perform additional duties as assigned
