Job Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in valet parking, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet guests or customers upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles
- Drive vehicles carefully and responsibly, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Park vehicles in an organized and efficient manner to maximize parking capacity and ease of retrieval
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request, ensuring keys are securely stored and returned
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests, including assistance with luggage
- Maintain a safe and secure parking environment by following established protocols
- Collect parking fees, process payments accurately, and maintain transaction records
- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage, report discrepancies to management
- Ensure valet equipment is well-maintained and in good working order
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
- May double as bell service attendant when needed
