Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing and walking continuously
- Ability to utilize hand and finger dexterity
- Ability to occasionally use visual acuity for equipment operation
- Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle or guest vehicles if required

Job Duties
- Greet every guest with warm and friendly greeting
- Secure keys in locked podium/key box
- Verify ownership of vehicles and manage keys for claim check
- Perform duties efficiently and stay organized under stress
- Maintain a high level of integrity regarding guest vehicles and personal possessions
- Report all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager
- Anticipate guest needs proactively
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested by management
