Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to meet physical demands including standing and walking continuously
  • Ability to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Ability to occasionally use visual acuity for equipment operation
  • Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to operate a company vehicle or guest vehicles if required

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest with warm and friendly greeting
  • Secure keys in locked podium/key box
  • Verify ownership of vehicles and manage keys for claim check
  • Perform duties efficiently and stay organized under stress
  • Maintain a high level of integrity regarding guest vehicles and personal possessions
  • Report all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager
  • Anticipate guest needs proactively
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
