Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles
- Ability to work various shifts including overnight, holidays, and weekends
- Physical capability to walk and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Refined verbal skills
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles
- Must be able to work AM or PM shifts, overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and create a positive first impression upon arrival
- Assist passengers during loading and unloading of vehicles
- Safely relocate guest automobiles to designated parking locations
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with hotel guest services
- Maintain knowledge of daily hotel events for coordination
- Ensure the security and safety of parked vehicles
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times
