Job Requirements
- Ability to drive and operate vehicles
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with luggage
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to drive vehicles safely and responsibly

- Ability to handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- Assist guests with luggage
- Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
