Job Requirements

  • Ability to drive and operate vehicles
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with luggage
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to drive vehicles safely and responsibly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently

Job Duties

  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
  • Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
  • Assist guests with luggage
  • Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
