Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • maintain acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
  • successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • able to stand, walk, run short distances and lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • follow all company rules and policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • a helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
  • successful completion and maintenance of a clean background check

  • adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles, follow key handling procedures and all safety guidelines
  • clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time, report tips accurately
  • keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
  • handle guest concerns politely, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment
  • arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
  • help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
