Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
- must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- ability to work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain

Job Duties
- check vehicles for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- safely park and retrieve vehicles according to safety guidelines
- follow key handling procedures and company policies
- clock in and out on time and report tips accurately
- keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- support a positive team environment by assisting with additional tasks as needed
