Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by safely parking and retrieving patients and visitors vehicles
- Ensure a smooth and courteous experience prioritizing needs of individuals with mobility limitations
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area adhering to safety protocols
- Professionally greet arriving patients, visitors, and staff, assisting them with luggage or mobility devices and directing them to the valet stand
- Carefully park and retrieve vehicles in designated parking areas ensuring proper vehicle placement and security
- Accurately record vehicle information on claim tickets and manage ticket system for timely vehicle retrieval
- Adhere to safety regulations including vehicle operation, traffic laws, and emergency procedures
- Provide accurate directions and answer questions regarding hospital facilities and services
- Follow established shift schedules and communicate effectively with valet attendants and hospital staff
- Abide by uniform policy ensuring professional representation of the facility
