Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by safely parking and retrieving patients and visitors vehicles
  • Ensure a smooth and courteous experience prioritizing needs of individuals with mobility limitations
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area adhering to safety protocols
  • Professionally greet arriving patients, visitors, and staff, assisting them with luggage or mobility devices and directing them to the valet stand
  • Carefully park and retrieve vehicles in designated parking areas ensuring proper vehicle placement and security
  • Accurately record vehicle information on claim tickets and manage ticket system for timely vehicle retrieval
  • Adhere to safety regulations including vehicle operation, traffic laws, and emergency procedures
  • Provide accurate directions and answer questions regarding hospital facilities and services
  • Follow established shift schedules and communicate effectively with valet attendants and hospital staff
  • Abide by uniform policy ensuring professional representation of the facility
