Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
  • must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • high school diploma or GED
  • ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
  • work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and active traffic areas
  • use of communication tools such as phones and radios
  • ability to operate moving vehicles

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • a helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential
  • deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening

Job Duties

  • Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures
  • clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
  • keep the valet area clean, organized and presentable at all times
  • handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • support a positive team environment
  • arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
  • follow all company rules and policies
  • help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
