Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Successfully pass and maintain clean background check
- Able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adhere to company policies and professional appearance standards
- Use communication tools such as phones and radios
- Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
Job Qualifications

- Strong customer service orientation and helpful attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Inspect vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- Accurately clock in/out for shifts and breaks and report tips
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of valet area
- Provide courteous, efficient customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Assist with additional tasks to support team operations as needed
