Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • Pass and maintain clean background check
  • Able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain professional appearance and uniform
  • Work in indoor and outdoor settings including active traffic areas
  • Use communication tools such as phones and radios
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest service through professional communication

Job Duties

  • Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
  • Safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
  • Accurately clock in/out and report all tips
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
  • Arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
  • Assist with additional duties as needed
