Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license with minimum of two years driving experience
  • able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
  • excellent communicator with a professional and friendly approach
  • ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and resolve customer disputes calmly
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • prior customer service experience in luxury settings required
  • must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous customer service experience in a luxury environment
  • valid driver’s license held for at least two years
  • strong communication skills in written and spoken language
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues professionally
  • energetic and capable of standing and carrying items up to 50lbs
  • adaptability to attendance policies, grooming standards, and professional behavior
  • previous valet parking experience preferred
  • experience in customer service of two years or more preferred

Job Duties

  • Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
  • park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
  • explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
  • inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
  • maintain company uniform appearance and professional demeanor
  • assist with items or luggage weighing up to 50lbs
  • complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by management
  • provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm
  • be responsible for vehicle inspections, safe driving, and safe parking
  • adapt to attendance, grooming, and professional standards in a luxury environment
  • provide high-level customer service to luxury hotel guests and residents
  • follow attendance policies, uniform rules, and remain flexible to unexpected changes
  • ensure safety is a top priority at all times
