Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license with minimum of two years driving experience
- able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
- excellent communicator with a professional and friendly approach
- ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and resolve customer disputes calmly
- high school diploma or GED required
- prior customer service experience in luxury settings required
- must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record

- previous customer service experience in a luxury environment
- valid driver’s license held for at least two years
- strong communication skills in written and spoken language
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues professionally
- energetic and capable of standing and carrying items up to 50lbs
- adaptability to attendance policies, grooming standards, and professional behavior
- previous valet parking experience preferred
- experience in customer service of two years or more preferred
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
- inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
- maintain company uniform appearance and professional demeanor
- assist with items or luggage weighing up to 50lbs
- complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by management
- provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm
- be responsible for vehicle inspections, safe driving, and safe parking
- adapt to attendance, grooming, and professional standards in a luxury environment
- provide high-level customer service to luxury hotel guests and residents
- follow attendance policies, uniform rules, and remain flexible to unexpected changes
- ensure safety is a top priority at all times
