- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or service-based role
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based systems (checklists, radios, Slack)
- able to lift 40+ lbs, walk/stand for extended periods
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for nature, hospitality, and creating unforgettable memories

Job Duties
- Greet every guest by name with genuine warmth and elegance
- provide safe, smooth, and scenic rides in our all-electric Bolt-branded fleet
- handle guest luggage with care and professionalism
- maintain sparkling clean vehicles (daily checklist provided)
- communicate with Dreamweaver and Housekeeping Teams via radio
- offer light storytelling or property insights during each ride (script provided)
- support surprise welcome rituals with the Dreamweaver team
- report road conditions or maintenance needs proactively
- deliver heart-rate drop moments during guest arrivals
