Job Requirements

high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
valid driver’s license for state of employment or commutable distance
one month of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
ability to read and write standard English
ability to understand instructions and correspondence
able to write simple correspondence
able to present information effectively
basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication and division
understanding of 24-hour and military time formats
physical ability to handle luggage and perform parking duties
able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently
willing to work Monday to Friday day shifts
strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of employment or a commutable distance
one month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
ability to read and write standard English
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions correspondence and memos
ability to write simple correspondence
ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and perform multiplication and division with tens and hundreds
ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with guests co-workers and clients
acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using a professional friendly demeanor
use guest last names during interactions
use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
park and retrieve vehicles while driving cautiously
assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
assist guests with directions taxis reservations and other inquiries
provide information about outlets meeting rooms amenities and local attractions
deliver messages items and guest amenities as requested
shuttle guests to approved locations
explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys
collect claim checks before issuing keys
maintain accurate ticket and vehicle information including damage surveys and key tags
calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
