Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
  • Successful completion and maintenance of a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to full uniform and grooming standards
  • Adherence to all company rules, policies and safety guidelines
  • Ability to use communication tools such as phones and radios
  • Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and active traffic areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Check for vehicle damage and record details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following key handling and safety procedures
  • Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
  • Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
  • Assist with additional tasks to support daily operations and the team
