Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Successful completion and maintenance of a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to full uniform and grooming standards
- Adherence to all company rules, policies and safety guidelines
- Ability to use communication tools such as phones and radios
- Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and active traffic areas
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Check for vehicle damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following key handling and safety procedures
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
- Assist with additional tasks to support daily operations and the team
