Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
No more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
Must successfully pass a clean background check
Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Follow all company rules and policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience preferred
A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
Deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening
Create welcoming, personalized interactions that reflect company standards
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Effectively adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
Follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Adhere to all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
Safely park and retrieve vehicles, follow key handling procedures, and adhere to all safety guidelines
Clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time, and report tips accurately
Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Handle guest concerns politely, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment
Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
Help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
