Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
Must pass and maintain a clean background check
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and run short distances for extended periods
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
Ability to safely operate motor vehicles
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience preferred
A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening

Job Duties

Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures and all safety guidelines
Clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Handle guest concerns politely, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment
Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work while following all company rules and policies
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
