Job Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Adherence to company policies and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Successful completion and maintenance of a clean background check
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service through clear communication and active listening
- Create welcoming and personalized interactions reflecting company standards
- Adherence to company policies and ability to adapt to changing environments
- Dependability in following instructions, maintaining schedules and completing tasks on time
- Compliance with all safety guidelines and proper use of equipment

- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
Job Duties
- Vehicle inspections to check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly supporting a positive team environment
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work adhering to all company rules and policies
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
