Job Requirements
- Possess and maintain a valid, non-restricted driver’s license with a positive or neutral point balance
- Valid Virginia driver’s license and acceptable driving record for continued employment
- Must be able to work during inclement weather and on day and evening rotations
- Required to work some weekends for special events
- Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs
- Must possess reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and follow directions
- Ability to work independently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
- One year of customer service, valet captain, or valet lead experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines
- Preferred experience in professional driving
- Preferred leadership or supervisory experience
- Preferred proficiency with PC for data entry
- Preferred second language ability
Job Duties
- Determine parking assignments for customers
- Control traffic flow at valet locations
- Inspect vehicles for damages and cleanliness
- Provide clear instructions to valet attendants
- Ensure safe and efficient parking procedures
- Interact positively with customers and team members
- Manage multi-tasking responsibilities during busy periods
