Job Requirements

  • Must possess a valid, non-restricted driver's license with neutral or positive driver points
  • maintain a valid Virginia Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • able to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
  • minimum of one year customer service or valet lead experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must possess reading and writing skills
  • able to comprehend and communicate in English
  • able to work independently and multitask
  • work scheduled during inclement weather, day and evening shifts
  • availability to work weekends for special events
  • physical ability to lift 20-50 lbs
  • ability to perform prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching
  • strong mental, sensory, and emotional capabilities to work in fast-paced, noisy environments with multiple priorities

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • one year of customer service, valet captain, or valet lead experience
  • possess valid, non-restricted driver's license with positive driver points
  • ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • preferred experience in professional driving
  • preferred leadership or supervisory experience
  • preferred second language proficiency

Job Duties

  • Determine parking assignments for customers
  • control traffic flow at valet locations
  • inspect vehicles and document conditions
  • provide clear instructions to valet attendants
  • interact positively with team members and customers
  • coordinate parking logistics for special events
  • ensure safety and compliance with company policies
