Job Requirements
- Possess and maintain a valid non-restricted driver’s license
- Have a neutral or positive driver point balance
- Valid Virginia driver’s license with acceptable driving record for continued employment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work in inclement weather and on day and evening shifts
- Availability to work some weekends for special events
- Must possess reading and writing skills and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to multi task and follow directions
- Experience driving vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Experience as a valet captain or valet lead
- Ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
- Proficient in using a PC for data entry
- Strong communication skills in English
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Knowledge of safety and traffic control procedures
Job Duties
- Determine parking assignments for customers
- Control traffic flow at valet locations
- Inspect vehicles for damage and condition
- Provide clear instructions to valet attendants on vehicle parking
- Manage initial parking process efficiently
- Interact positively with customers and team members
- Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
