Job Requirements
- Be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management
- Have your own transportation
- Have experience working in customer service
- Be over the age of 18 due to legal requirements
- Speak fluent English
- Hold a valid Class D license for at least one year
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary
- Pass a criminal records check
- Complete a 30-day trial period
- Attend four training shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain a neat appearance and good attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year
- Proven experience in customer service
- Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles
- Strong communication skills in English
- Physical ability to stand and run for extended periods
- Positive attitude and neat appearance
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers
- Park vehicles safely and efficiently
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon customer request
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Handle customer belongings such as wheelchairs, strollers, and baggage carefully
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
