Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • have a valid Class D driver’s license
  • hold license for at least one year
  • clean driving record approved by management
  • ability to drive standard transmission vehicles
  • have own transportation
  • experience in customer service
  • fluent English speaker
  • pass criminal records check
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • maintain neat appearance and positive attitude
  • complete a 30-day trial period
  • attend four training shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year
  • ability to drive standard transmission vehicles
  • customer service experience
  • fluent in English
  • good communication skills
  • ability to stand and run frequently during shifts
  • positive attitude and neat appearance

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers upon arrival
  • park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
  • run back to the station promptly after parking vehicles
  • communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • handle customers' belongings such as wheelchairs, strollers, and baggage
  • maintain a neat appearance and professional attitude
  • provide consistent customer service outdoors in various weather conditions
