Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or within a commutable distance
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
- Ability to perform basic math using American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time formats
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand and apply applicable rates based on time
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly manner and use guest last names during interactions
- Park and retrieve vehicles slowly and carefully while assisting guests with luggage and bell services
- Provide guests with directions, taxi information, reservations and answer inquiries about facility amenities and local attractions
- Explain parking rates and procedures, issue and collect claim checks after receiving vehicle keys, and complete all necessary ticket and information documentation
