Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Valid driver’s license for the state or within commutable distance
One month related experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience
Ability to read and write English
Ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
Ability to present information effectively
Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Physical ability to exert force up to 100 pounds occasionally
Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Willingness to work Monday through Sunday
Ability to operate a vehicle and perform parallel parking

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work
One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
Ability to read and write standard English language
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and employees
Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and perform multiplication and division with tens and hundreds
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients
Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using their last names
Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
Practice proper phone etiquette and post in designated areas when not completing tasks
Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries
Provide information about facility outlets, meeting rooms, amenities and local attractions
Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested
Shuttle guests to approved locations
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collect them prior to issuing keys
Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tags, guest folios, vehicle locations, damage surveys and claim check receipts
Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
