Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or within commutable distance
One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to comprehend instructions and correspondence
Ability to provide simple written correspondence
Ability to present information effectively to guests and colleagues
Ability to perform mathematical operations with American money
Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
Understanding of applicable rates
Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable
Ability to perform parallel parking
Able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
Ability to perform physical activities such as running, walking, stooping, kneeling

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet
Use guest last names during interactions
Use salutation of the day and welcome guests
Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries
Provide information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities
Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested
Shuttle guests to approved locations
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys
Collect claim checks prior to issuing keys
Complete and maintain all ticket information
Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
