Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to company uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening
- Create welcoming, personalized interactions that reflect company standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Effectively adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
- Follow instructions and maintain schedules
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions

Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles
- Follow key handling procedures and all safety guidelines
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time
- Report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- Support a positive team environment
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
