Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid, clean FL driver's license
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Must be able to write routine reports
- Basic math skills required
Job Qualifications
- Experience in valet service operation preferred
- Must be capable of driving auto and manual transmission
- Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid, clean FL driver's license
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Spanish preferred
- Must be able to write routine reports
- Basic math skills required
Job Duties
- Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist residents and visitors out of their car
- Park residents' cars and guests' cars
- Deliver grocery and other packages to residents' apartments every hour on the hour
- Monitor pay machine and troubleshoot problems at the Parking Garage exit gate
- Assist Palace driver in unloading packages and groceries from Palace Shuttle Bus
