Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to lift and handle luggage
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a valet or parking attendant role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to handle luggage and perform vehicle parking duties safely
Job Duties
- Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's core values and Exemplary Service Standards at all times
- Record any damage on guest vehicles prior to parking
- Properly and accurately park guest vehicles in designated parking spaces
- Lock guest vehicles and secure keys correctly
- Keep driveway clear of cars waiting to be parked
- Return vehicles to guests promptly and in the same condition as received
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred
- Handle guest luggage with care during hotel check-in and check-out
