Job Requirements
- Be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management
- Have your own transportation
- Have experience working in customer service
- Be over the age of 18
- Possess a valid Class D driver's license held for at least one year prior to applying
- Maintain a clean driving record approved at the time of application
- Pass a criminal records check
- Be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary
- Maintain a neat appearance and good attitude
- Complete a 30-day trial employment period
- Undergo a four-shift training period during which tips are not earned
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Ability to operate a vehicle with a standard transmission
- Valid Class D driver's license held for at least one year
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to handle physical demands required by the role
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers
- Park customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Return promptly to the station after parking vehicles
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Assist customers with wheelchairs, strollers, baggage, and other items
- Work continuously outdoors regardless of weather conditions
