Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- hold a valid Class D driver’s license
- have your own transportation
- maintain a clean driving record approved by management
- be physically able to stand for 8 hours daily
- capable of running frequently throughout the shift
- able to enter and exit vehicles multiple times a day
- possess experience in customer service
- must pass a criminal background check
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- maintain a neat appearance and positive attitude
- successfully complete a four-shift training period
- adhere to all safety and operational guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year
- proven experience in customer service
- ability to drive standard transmission vehicles or willingness to train
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repeated tasks
- strong organizational skills and reliability
- ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with parking their vehicles
- drive customer vehicles safely to designated parking areas
- retrieve and return vehicles promptly upon customer request
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- handle customer belongings such as wheelchairs, strollers, and baggage carefully
- operate vehicles with the ability to drive standard transmission
- communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to ensure smooth operations
- work outdoors in various weather conditions adapting to customer needs
- adhere to company policies and safety protocols consistently
