Job Requirements
- Be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to management’s satisfaction
- Have own transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience in customer service
- Over the age of 18
- License(s) required - valid Class D license held for at least one year
- Driving record must be approved
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to run/jog multiple times daily
- Regularly enter and exit vehicles
- Lift various items such as wheelchairs and baggage
- Communicate effectively in English with others
- Attend scheduled shifts regardless of weather conditions
- Pass criminal records check
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Maintain neat appearance and positive attitude
- Complete 30-day trial period satisfactorily
- Undergo four-shift training period
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver license held for at least one year
- Customer service experience
- Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles preferred but training may be provided
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Age over 18 years
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, run, and lift repeatedly during shift
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles
- Run back to the station quickly after parking a vehicle to assist the next customer
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Stand and run/jog for the duration of the shift
- Lift and handle wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, and gifts in and out of vehicles
- Communicate effectively in English with customers and coworkers
