Job Requirements

  • Be over the age of 18
  • Have own transportation
  • Ability to drive standard transmission vehicle (training available in some cases)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Valid Class D driver's license held for at least one year
  • Maintain good driving record
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays when needed
  • Neat appearance and positive attitude
  • Successful completion of 30-day trial period

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year
  • Approved driving record
  • Experience driving standard transmission vehicles preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to follow instructions and company policy

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers as the first point of contact
  • Park customers' vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Run or jog between station and vehicle locations to retrieve or park vehicles
  • Enter and exit customers' vehicles multiple times daily
  • Lift and carry items such as wheelchairs, strollers, baggage, and gifts as needed
  • Maintain a neat appearance and positive attitude at all times
  • Comply with company policies including attendance and safety standards
