Job Requirements
- Be over the age of 18
- Have own transportation
- Ability to drive standard transmission vehicle (training available in some cases)
- Experience in customer service
- Valid Class D driver's license held for at least one year
- Maintain good driving record
- Pass criminal background check
- Availability to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Neat appearance and positive attitude
- Successful completion of 30-day trial period
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year
- Approved driving record
- Experience driving standard transmission vehicles preferred
- Customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and company policy
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers as the first point of contact
- Park customers' vehicles safely and efficiently
- Run or jog between station and vehicle locations to retrieve or park vehicles
- Enter and exit customers' vehicles multiple times daily
- Lift and carry items such as wheelchairs, strollers, baggage, and gifts as needed
- Maintain a neat appearance and positive attitude at all times
- Comply with company policies including attendance and safety standards
