Job Requirements

  • Be over the age of 18
  • have your own transportation
  • pass a criminal records check
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for at least 8 hours a day
  • ability to run short distances multiple times per shift
  • enter and exit customer vehicles frequently
  • ability to lift wheelchairs, strollers, baggage, and similar items
  • complete a four-shift training period
  • reliable and punctual
  • comply with company policies during a 30-day trial period

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year
  • clean driving record approved by management
  • experience in customer service
  • ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle (training available)
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • positive attitude and neat appearance

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles efficiently
  • run back to station to assist next patron quickly
  • communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
  • maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • adhere to all safety and operational policies
  • provide assistance with wheelchairs, strollers, baggage, and other customer needs
