Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
valid driver's license with clean driving record acceptable to Table Mountain Casino Resort's insurer
ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
ability to pass background investigation
ability to obtain and maintain gaming license
availability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
strong customer service focus

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous hospitality experience preferred
two years of experience in a supervisory or management position preferred
excellent communication skills both written and verbal
proven skill in leading, motivating, and managing a team
strong organizational and time management skills
ability to operate manual and automatic vehicle transmissions
ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
good problem-solving and decision-making skills
ability to maintain professionalism and courteous demeanor in high-pressure environments

Job Duties

Greet guests, collect keys, park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
maintain vehicle safety and offer assistance with luggage
provide a warm and welcoming greeting to arriving guests
safely drive and park vehicles in designated areas, following traffic laws and safety guidelines
collect and organize keys, ensuring accurate record-keeping and secure storage
assist guests with luggage, including loading and unloading
provide friendly and helpful service to all guests, answering any questions and addressing concerns
