Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Maintain professional appearance according to uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Valid driver’s license
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
Job Duties
- Vehicle inspections, recording vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
- Safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
- Accurately clock in/out and report all tips
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
- Arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
- Assist with additional duties as needed
