Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • must pass a drug screening and criminal background check with no felonies
  • must have a clean driving record within the last 3 years
  • must pass a driving and parking test
  • consistently display safe driving practices and a complete understanding of vehicle basics
  • must be available for All Hands on Deck (AHOD) events
  • practice safe cash handling and make correct change if necessary
  • demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • must be proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
  • high school diploma or GED
  • always maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • able to perform physical activities such as running, bending, and lifting up to 30lbs
  • must be able to work in all elements (rain, snow, sunshine)
  • must have transportation or understanding of MetroBus/MetroLink schedule
  • tattoos must be concealable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Effectively and efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles without incident
  • safely control the flow of traffic during non-driving events
  • assist guests with any personal belongings if requested
  • promote good customer relations by providing service with a friendly demeanor, willingness to help, and a smile
  • use and maintain valet equipment properly, including keeping the gear and work area clean and organized
  • observe and practice safety precautions at all times
  • remain prompt by standing during a full shift, excluding scheduled breaks
  • open doors for all guests
  • other duties as assigned
