Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass and maintain background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to company uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications

- Ability to maintain acceptable motor vehicle record

Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety guidelines
- Clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of valet area
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and uphold professionalism
- Assist with other tasks to support team and operations as needed
