Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- No more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Must pass and maintain clean background check
- Able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Ability to use communication tools such as phones and radios
- Must clock in and out on time and report tips accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong customer service mindset and helpful attitude
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass and maintain clean background check
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Able to adapt to changing environments and multitask
- Physical ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- Greet guests warmly and answer questions professionally
- Manage traffic flow efficiently in valet parking areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet service area
- Clock in and out for shifts and report tips accurately
- Address guest concerns promptly and support team operations
