Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work or within commutable distance
  • One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic with understanding of money
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicle
  • Ability to perform parallel parking
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state or within a commutable distance
  • One month related experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to present information effectively to guests and colleagues
  • Ability to perform basic math operations including add, subtract, multiply and divide with American money
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
  • Ability to operate manual transmission
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
  • Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette and post up in designated areas when not completing tasks
  • Park and retrieve vehicles safely while driving slowly and cautiously
  • Assist guests with bell services, luggage storage, and open vehicle and hotel doors
  • Provide guests with directions, taxi, reservation assistance and information about the facility and local attractions
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue claim checks, maintain ticket and key tag information consistently
  • Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
