Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work or within commutable distance
- One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic with understanding of money
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicle
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state or within a commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively to guests and colleagues
- Ability to perform basic math operations including add, subtract, multiply and divide with American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate manual transmission
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
- Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette and post up in designated areas when not completing tasks
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely while driving slowly and cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services, luggage storage, and open vehicle and hotel doors
- Provide guests with directions, taxi, reservation assistance and information about the facility and local attractions
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue claim checks, maintain ticket and key tag information consistently
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
