Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Valid driver’s license for the state or commutable distance
  • One month related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to read write and comprehend English
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
  • Ability to operate a vehicle cautiously and safely
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including early morning and evening
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license for state of employment or within commutable distance
  • One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to add subtract multiply and divide using American money units
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand applicable rates based on time passed
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with guests coworkers and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
  • Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
  • Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
  • Park and retrieve vehicles carefully while driving slowly and cautiously
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
  • Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
  • Assist guests with directions taxis reservations and other inquiries
  • Provide information about outlets meeting rooms amenities and local attractions
  • Deliver messages items and guest amenities as requested
  • Shuttle guests to approved locations
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
  • Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before issuing keys
  • Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag guest folio vehicle location damage survey and claim check receipt
  • Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles as needed
