Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for the state or commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including with money
- Ability to understand and apply time and rate systems
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Availability for open scheduling
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to exert physical effort including lifting and standing
Job Qualifications

- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers, multiply and divide by 10’s and 100’s, and perform operations using US currency
- Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using their last names
- Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
- Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
- Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries
- Provide information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and main local attractions
- Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested
- Shuttle guests to approved locations
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
- Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before issuing keys
- Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, and claim check receipt
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
