Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow company uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following company safety procedures
- Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up
- Manage traffic flow efficiently within parking areas
- Maintain valet area cleanliness and organization
- Handle guest concerns politely and resolve issues quickly
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and adhere to company policies and procedures
