Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must follow company uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
Ability to deliver exceptional guest service through clear communication

Job Duties

Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
Safely park and retrieve vehicles following company safety procedures
Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up
Manage traffic flow efficiently within parking areas
Maintain valet area cleanliness and organization
Handle guest concerns politely and resolve issues quickly
Arrive on time, in full uniform, and adhere to company policies and procedures
