Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the last three years
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willing and helpful customer service attitude
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor mandatory
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Exceptional guest service skills including professional communication and active listening
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands
  • Strong dependability and adherence to safety procedures
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, arrive on time in full uniform and properly groomed
